Komal Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a temporary, full-time position lasting approximately 60–90 days. This position will maintain a consistent full-time schedule throughout the assignment.

For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.

About the Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will often be the first impression of our practice. You will play an important role in creating an exceptional, personalized patient experience—from the initial inquiry through treatment, checkout, and follow-up care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, elevated, hospitality-driven experience
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
• Schedule consultations and treatment appointments
• Educate patients about provider-recommended treatment plans, memberships, packages, promotions, and financing options
• Manage patient check-in and checkout
• Verify and update patient records in our electronic medical record system
• Conduct follow-up calls and nurture prospective and existing patient relationships
• Support marketing events, open houses, and community outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

• Experience in medical aesthetics, a medical or dental office, hospitality, luxury retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans, packages, and pricing
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling platforms, and patient-management software
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
