Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the implementation projects are executed smoothly, on time, and meet the expectations of our clients. You will lead a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and accountability. The role requires a focus on process improvement, risk management, and delivering measurable outcomes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable implementation strategies that can adapt to various customer needs and market expansions, ensuring the organization's growth and success. Key facts Location: Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area Engagement: Full Time Team: Implementation - Provider What you'll do Monitor the entire implementation portfolio to identify potential risks, delays, or issues early on, and take proactive measures to mitigate them. Collaborate with Project Managers to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope. Conduct regular performance reviews of project teams and individual Project Managers to ensure objectives are met, and provide coaching to improve performance. Develop, refine, and maintain scalable implementation processes that can be adapted for different customer segments and market needs. Analyze operational data and project metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement, then implement necessary changes to optimize efficiency. Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and support data-driven decision-making for both internal teams and clients. Facilitate seamless transitions from implementation to ongoing client success teams, ensuring clients realize value within expected timeframes and addressing any barriers to adoption. Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align implementation strategies with overall business objectives and customer expectations. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout all phases of implementation. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring their onboarding experience is positive and successful. Drive continuous process improvements based on data insights, industry best practices, and client feedback to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of implementation projects. Manage resource allocation and workload balancing across the implementation team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to incorporate innovative solutions into the implementation process. Requirements Over 10 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer delivery roles, preferably within healthcare or related fields. At least 5 years managing teams of Project Managers or delivery professionals in a SaaS environment. Demonstrated success in managing complex project portfolios involving multiple stakeholders and diverse customer segments. Proven ability to hold teams accountable to measurable outcomes, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and performance management to develop high-performing teams. Experience in building or scaling implementation processes in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Ability to manage change effectively, adapt to evolving customer needs, and implement process improvements efficiently. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field such as healthcare, business, or technology. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
