Plant Controller Manufacturing

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Plant Controller to lead financial operations for a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role partners closely with Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and Corporate Finance to drive cost efficiency, production performance, and overall plant profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for plant operations Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and key performance indicators Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supply chain coordination Support production planning and scheduling alignment with demand and capacity Monitor inventory accuracy, turns, and working capital performance Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational and financial issues Support continuous improvement and ERP/system optimization initiatives Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or related field 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant accounting, or operations/supply chain Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing operations ERP system experience required (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills Experience in food, beverage, bottling, canning, or co‑packing preferred What You Bring Strong financial leadership in a manufacturing environment Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast‑paced plant setting Strong problem‑solving, communication, and analytical skills Work Environment On-site role in a manufacturing facility Fast‑paced production environment with exposure to industrial conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr Certified Employment Group
