Villa Restaurant Group - Quick service restaurants (Villa Italian Kitchen, South Philly Cheesesteaks and Fries, Green Leaf's and Bananas, Mo' Burger, Jersey Mikes, Salsaritas, Melt Shop, Dos Toros, Hill Country, Juniors, Far East, Asian Chao, Tony + Benny's, Zaros Bakery, etc.) and 40North full service restaurants (Piattino, Office Tavern Grill, Steelworks Wind Creek Casino, Blackhorse Tavern & Pub, Town Bar & Kitchen and NOM Mexican Table & Tequila Bar) is a multi-brand, multi-concept global restaurant group specializing in full service restaurants, quick serve restaurants with corporate and franchise operations.

What You'll Do:
- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support team members to ensure high-quality service
- Train and develop employees to meet company standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach and positive attitude
What You'll Need:
- 1+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (quick service preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification is a plus but not required
