Sales Associate, Trauma (Atlanta) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Associate for its DePuy Synthes Trauma division in Atlanta to support surgeon relationships, manage sales activities, and ensure proper product utilization in operating room settings. The role combines clinical support with sales objectives across trauma care solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in operating rooms through clinical expertise and product demonstrations during procedures
• Assist with customer retention, market penetration, and sales goal achievement in assigned territory
• Manage equipment availability, tray optimization, and sterile processing department consultation
• Handle technical troubleshooting, customer requests, billing issues, and purchase order management
• Share marketplace insights with sales and clinical teams to improve service levels and prepare required reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) plus two years professional experience
• Minimum four years professional or related experience as alternative qualification
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel including weekends and overnight
• Willingness to relocate to Atlanta territory
• Operating room and sterile processing environment experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Technical knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and protocols preferred
