STS Aviation Services is hiring Structures Technicians in Melbourne, Florida. These positions support aircraft modification work on commercial and large regional aircraft in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment. Candidates should have experience performing aircraft modifications, sheet metal work, structural installations or related production work. aircraft. Candidates must be able to pass both a written and hands‑on assessment. Aircraft Platforms A220 A320 ERJ-175 Required Experience and Qualifications 3+ years of previous experience on commercial or large regional aircraft A&P license strongly preferred but not required Must have a complete set of basic hand tools required to perform assigned duties Must pass a written assessment Must pass a hands‑on assessment Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid and current driver’s license Must be able to obtain an airport badge Must be able to work any shift or schedule required Compensation Highly competitive pay Pay will vary by aircraft based on the type of installation or modification performed Authorization Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
