Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting individuals who are facing unique challenges related to end-of-life care. This includes families undergoing emotional and psychological strife due to terminal diagnoses and the associated complexities of grief, loss, and anticipatory grief. Your work will directly contribute to improving client outcomes by providing essential support that fosters dignity and emotional well-being during their most vulnerable times.

Qualifications\n

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
