Field Reimbursement Manager, West Atlanta

argenx seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the West Atlanta region to support healthcare providers with patient access, reimbursement education, and navigation of payer policies for its immunology portfolio. The role combines direct customer engagement with cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers to therapy access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary reimbursement and access resource for healthcare providers in assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagement
• Educate customers on coverage policies, prior authorizations, billing, coding, and available patient support resources
• Develop account-specific access strategies and manage complex reimbursement escalations
• Partner with internal teams including Patient Services, Market Access, and Account Directors to coordinate access solutions
• Execute territory plans using CRM tools and analytics to track activities, identify opportunities, and manage priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or specialty pharmacy
• Expert knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement models, prior authorizations, and appeals processes
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with healthcare providers
• Experience supporting specialty therapies in neurology, immunology, or rare disease
• Proficiency with CRM tools, data analytics, and territory management
