Experience & Requirements 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience within the past 4 years. Licensing & Eligibility Candidates must have an Iowa license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. Pre-employment & Documentation Pre-employment modules may be required. Unit patients: Heart failure, Afib, respiratory distress, stroke Unit Details: Beds 22 Floating & Schedule Floating: May float to ICU if appropriate and has experience Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and 1 major, 1 minor holiday More Details Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025.
