- ATTENTIVE (MUST BE ATTENTIVE TO THE UPKEEP OF STATION AND CUSTOMER MODIFICATIONS)
- RESPONSIBLE (MUST TAKE INITITIVE AND ARRIVE AT WORK ON TIME AND IN A CLEAN AND PROFFESIONAL MANNER)
- MUST ADHERE THE RECIPE SPECIFICATIONS AND PLATING PROCEEDURES AS REQUIRED BY THE RESTARAUNT STANDARDS.
- ENSURE THAT ALL FOOD IS BEING PROPERLY HANDLED, PREPARRED AND STORED. (IF NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.)
- RESPONSIBLE FOR ADHERING TO SCHEDULE
- EXHITBIT A GENUINE PASSION FOR COOKING AND A COMMITMENT OT THE RESTAURANT'S SUCCESS.
