Come join our team Monday - Friday. Shifts vary between 6am and 5pm. NO WEEKENDS!

We are looking for a Warehouse Receiving Associates to join our team that will be responsible for effective and efficient operation of the shipping docks and reception of inbound products. They will oversee the inbound process and check in of all vendors, ensure temperature control, and maintain appropriate ranges of all products to ensure all purchase orders are filled and delivered appropriately. Additionally, they will ensure that the company inventory remains organized and restocks returns, works diligently as a part of the production team by accurately selecting products based on customer orders and production sheets. They will be responsible for transferring those products to their assigned delivery area and delivery container. The job includes physical demands pertaining to unloading, rotating, and stocking goods from deliveries as they arrive from our vendors.

When You Join Our Team

• Receives and verifies shipments from our vendors pertaining to accuracy and quantity.
• Ensure the overall accuracy and quality of the products by matching the item on the Purchase Order to the items delivered.
• Rotate, date, and store all products in the appropriate storage areas and also keep with FIFO inventory management.
• Ensure that deliveries are being properly dropped off in the warehouse.
• Ensure delivered items are stored properly.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Appropriately follow food safety procedures
• Operate company equipment when necessary and properly trained.
• Report any and all discrepancies in inventory records to the purchasing department.
• Organizes inventory in the count’s areas, coolers, freezers, and containers.
• Files all delivery paperwork; including BOL, delivery receipt, purchase order and or credits to the appropriate departments.
• Moves and restructures organization of storage space to make space for new inventory.
• Pulls any defective or expired products for waste or return.
• Reviews all shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Accurately pull and pack product according to invoice and production sheets.
• Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator and Production Management to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate inventory levels as needed.
• Assist with staging of retrieved items ensuring the accuracy of inventory being delivered.
• Work at a fast and productive pace to get food packaged in a time efficient manner.
• Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are always maintained throughout all areas of food production.
• Assist with the warehouse operations as needed.
• Be a team player (help in any way possible)
• Taking the initiative to get the job done, keeping the company’s objectives in mind.
• Properly follows instructions from supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Additional Skills and Abilities

• Ability to count.

• Manages work assignments to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift, push, pull boxes, coolers, and other merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to use cleaning equipment such as floor cleaning machines, brooms, power washer and cleaner.
