(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary Associate responsible for receiving, staging, and merchandising merchandise while maintaining safe operations and customer service quality. What You'll Do Operate forklift and pallet jack to pick, move, and place merchandise on the sales floor. Maintain accurate inventory flow, focusing on shrink control and inventory exceptions. Execute daily merchandising presentations, ensuring proper zoning, product rotation, and display quality. Provide member service by acknowledging members, advising on product selections, and resolving concerns. Follow safety protocols, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions. Assist with club pick‑up orders and staging, ensuring products are selected and staged within acceptable timeframe. Qualifications Minimum 90 days forklift certification and ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
