Drives PLM strategy, implements complex integrations, and leads major system initiatives. Serves as primary liaison between PLM operations and engineering leadership. Senior individual contributor role focused on technical leadership and strategic impact.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop PLM operational roadmap aligned with engineering and business objectives;partner with leadership to identify optimization opportunitiesLead vendor relationships including license negotiations; define PLM system KPIs and deliverexecutive-level reportingArchitect license optimization strategies to balance cost and productivity; drive adoptioninitiativesDesign and implement complex Teamcenter configurations including BMIDE customizationsand integrations with ERP, ECAD, and MES systemsDevelop automation solutions and custom tooling; architect data migration strategies forsystem upgradesConfigure advanced workflows, business rules, and validation logic; troubleshoot multi-system integration issuesOwn PLM upgrade planning, testing, and execution; drive technical architecture decisionsDevelop disaster recovery procedures, technical documentation, and architecture diagramsEvaluate emerging PLM technologies; provide escalation support and mentor junior teammembersQUALIFICATIONS7-10 years progressive PLM administration with technical leadership; 5+ yearshands-on Teamcenter in aerospace/defense/manufacturingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent practicalexperience with technical certificationsExpert Teamcenter administration (BMIDE, deployment, customization); advanced licensemanagement (FlexLM, RLM)Strong SQL; system integrations experience (REST APIs, SOA, middleware); scripting(PowerShell, Python, Bash)Windows Server and Linux administration; expert xCAD/PLM integration architecturesActive Workspace configuration; hands-on NX (required) plus SolidWorks or Creo familiarityPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESiemens Teamcenter certification; ERP/MES integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle); ECADintegration (Altium); ITIL certification; Jira/Confluence experience; simulation tool integrations;cloud infrastructure knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure)COMPENSATIONBase Salary: $125,000 - $195,000Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental LeaveYour actual level and base salary will bedetermined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSWork Location—Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Long Beach.Work environment—the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.Physical demands—the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.This position will be open until it is successfully filled.
