THE POSITION

Hours: Days Monday & Tuesday 12-hour shifts Overnights Every Monday & Overnights Every other Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturdays 12-hour shifts Client Specifics: 12-years old with a g-tube Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost. Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
