AestheticianThe Aesthetician is responsible for providing high-quality skincare services, educating patients on treatments and products, and supporting dermatology providers by performing non-medical aesthetic procedures within the legal scope of practice in Mississippi. The Aesthetician promotes and sells skincare regimens, treatments, and retail products while delivering exceptional patient service and maintaining compliance with state regulations and clinic protocols.Education & ExperienceRequired (per Mississippi State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering):Current Mississippi Aesthetician License, in good standingCompletion of a state-approved esthetics program consisting of at least 600 hours of training, including a minimum of 100 hours of theory and 500 hours of practical instructionSuccessful completion of the Mississippi State Board written and practical examinations for esthetics licensurePreferred:Prior experience in a dermatology, medical spa, or cosmetic practiceExperience with medical-grade skincare lines and device-based aesthetic treatmentsWork Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
