BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a thriving apartment community in San Diego, CA. If you have a strong maintenance background, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in providing excellent service to residents, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including:
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Appliance repair and diagnostics
  • Carpentry, drywall, and painting
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to resident maintenance requests professionally and courteously
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment as needed
