This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business better than they know it and to become a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing front-end web development, HTML, JavaScript, and SharePoint development related to Federal Engagements. This is position is a hybrid work environment, with onsite client engagement expect 1-2 days per week. Office Locations is in Arlington VA. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct requirements analysis for new organization SharePoint siteConduct business process analysis to determine automation requirementsConduct and manage stakeholder interviewsAdvise client on best approach for creating SharePoint site tailored to their needsEstablish management protocols for the SharePoint siteDevelop SharePoint lists to collect data using out-of-the-box functionalityDevelop SharePoint document repositories to collect and store documentsDevelop SharePoint workflows to route information for review and approvalDevelop SharePoint to visualize dataOrganize and coordinate training, as needed Train users and provide demonstrations on all tools and processes created, as neededRequirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (Advanced degrees and professional certifications preferred) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field OR three (3) to Ten (10) years' experienceExperience with SharePoint development, front end web development, HTML and JavaScriptProficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookPrevious experience doing data analyticsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingSALARY RANGE: $105K To $130K (subject to change) ELIGIBLE FOR PERFORMANCE BASE BONUSChevo offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, paid leave, observes all 11 federal government holidays, 401K plan with matching, monthly SMART card employer contribution for commuting expenses, tuition assistance and more!
