Senior Full-Stack Engineer, AI-Native

Salary: $101,507 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a senior full-stack engineer with genuine AI-native experience, not just familiarity with AI tools.
• We expect you to have recently shipped production work using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools as your primary development approach.
• You should be able to show examples from the last 0-6 months where AI tooling helped you deliver substantially faster than a traditional workflow.
• Strong engineering fundamentals are essential; you must know when AI output is incorrect and understand the systems you build on.
• You should be comfortable working across the stack, including Python, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST/GraphQL, and cloud deployment.
• You need a strong bias toward shipping, with a preference for getting a rough version into production over waiting for perfection.
• We value direct, timely communication, especially when work is blocked.
• You should be able to start from a simple goal and a short conversation with a stakeholder, then return with a working prototype.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Snowflake, or fintech and lending data models is a plus.
• Additional bonus experience includes building MCP servers, working on agentic systems, or contributing as part of a small founding team.
• We care more about what you have shipped recently than formal pedigree or brand-name credentials.

• We will have you take prototypes into production quickly, often in days rather than weeks.
• You will work closely with our Lead AI Architect on architecture, system design, and the ongoing evolution of our AI platform.
• You will build and launch AI agents that interact with customers through SMS, email, and voice, with clear business impact on lead nurturing, transactions, and retention.
• You will integrate our systems across Salesforce, Snowflake, Gmail, Zoom, Slack, and internal services.
• You will own the full delivery lifecycle, including backend development, frontend work, deployment, monitoring, and continuous iteration.
• You will partner with operations, sales, underwriting, and marketing leaders to turn business needs into shipped product quickly.
• You will iterate directly in production and improve features after release rather than waiting for a perfect launch.
• You will be expected to move fast, make decisions, and deliver working solutions with minimal direction.
