Job description: Skills & Job Responsibilities:

• Data program manager/ data governance: data mapping, data risk and controls, end to end data testing, preferably experience with Snowflake.
• Experience in Data Architecture is a plus
• Provide data program management oversight and planning across all workstreams/systems
• Oversee, track and advise on all data mapping across the program (end to end oversight on data mapping)
• Work with both tech and business teams to understand, outline, track and advise on data requirements, data issues, data risks
• Work closely with EDW and business team to support key data related documentation including: end-to-end business process flow from the source to target assist with the layout and document clearly the "day in a life" scenarios as to how business team will use after PLP product deployment
• Provide any advice/share best practices on Snowflake (where applicable)

Remarks

• They are implementing a new Leading Product / Application that will involve retail loan origination, Data Warehouse and Servicing

• This is not a typical IT role. Needs someone who has Banking Domain experience in the Data space

• Preferred someone who can work out of New York since that where manager sits

• Needs someone technical enough to do Data Mapping and manage changes with Data between 2 apps.

• They are using nCino for Loan Origination and AFS for servicing loans (need to data mapping between the 2 applications)

• They are utilizing Snowflake for the data warehouse – so someone who has experience with Snowflake would be preferred

• They have very tight deadlines – so needs someone who can manage and has critical thinking skills

• Other skills – Data Architect, Data Governance, Banking

• This role will be end to end for the implementation of this new Leading Product.

• Also, needs someone that can participate in testing

From Client: 9/17/24 -

This is a hybrid Troy, MI or NYC Position. this is NOT an IT delivery Manager Position. This is a more technical Data Program Manager role with responsibility of identifying systems, completing data modeling, Datamapping. Data governance: Advising on best practices on how to manage data related work around large program. Technical background and work with Snowflake is required for this role.
