North Metro Sales Consultant

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a North Metro Sales Consultant to join our growing retail team. In this role, you’ll help customers find the right new or used vehicle across our North Metro dealerships using our one-price, negotiation-free sales model. You’ll greet guests, ask the right questions to understand their needs, present vehicle options, coordinate test drives, and guide customers through a transparent, efficient purchase process. You’ll use our CRM for follow-up, collaborate closely with teammates, and participate in ongoing training. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, integrity, and consistent sales performance in a supportive, career-focused environment.
