This role will own the analytics, market intelligence, and strategic planning capabilities that inform where and how the business expands. You will lead the development of scalable frameworks for market and site selection, leveraging operational, customer, geographic, financial, and partner data to guide expansion decisions. This role will also drive continuous optimization of expansion strategy by evaluating network performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and advancing AI-enabled decision-making capabilities that improve market selection and long-range planning at scale. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical depth with strategic thinking, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
