Pay Rate: $36.00 per hour (1-year Contract)Shift: Friday - 2AM-2:30PM, Saturday - 2AM-2:30PM, Sunday - 2AM-2:30PMAbility and flexibility to work across shifts based on production needs.

- Leading and supervising production, maintenance, and warehouse employees to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Serving as the first-line liaison between management and shop floor staff, representing company interests.
- Developing and executing departmental plans for safety, quality, schedule, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Investigating and resolving system, part, people, or process issues to correct deficiencies and improve performance.
- Administering employee policies, practices, procedures, and work rules for the unit.
- Monitoring performance and taking corrective action as needed, including discipline and responding to employee complaints.
- Working with the Safety Team to enforce safety regulations and prevent injuries.
- Planning maintenance for equipment and facilities to maximize uptime.
- Managing departmental budgets and controlling costs.
- Establishing a positive employee environment through communications, feedback, and guidance.
- Ensuring personnel have proper training, work instructions, and tools.
- Leading continuous improvement plans and activities.
- Are an excellent communicator who thrives on solving problems and working within a team environment.
- Have experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or shop floor settings.
- Demonstrate strong team leadership skills.
- Are able to communicate effectively across functions such as supply management, engineering, operations, and human resources.
- Can work onsite and have flexibility to adapt to production needs across shifts.
- (Preferred) Have experience with continuous improvement pay plans (CIPP).
- (Preferred) Have experience with wage/union employee policies and supervising a union workforce.
