Remote Help Desk Rep - Healthcare Member Support

ProAct, Inc in the Town of Gouverneur, NY is looking for an Entry-level Help Desk Representative to provide phone coverage and assist with customer service issues. The role involves gaining knowledge of PBM and mail order resources and working under direct supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to assist with new client orientations and other administrative tasks.
