This is an entry level position and a great opportunity to gain experience in a government office setting. Some of the essential responsibilities would include • Welcoming and directing all visitors including vendors, clients and customers
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic word processing software
• Knowledgeable in front office operations including filing, scanning and completion of daily tasks
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
