PRN Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) Healthcare is seeking a PRN experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the ICU team in Tampa, Florida. Specialization Acute Care Qualified Candidates / Additional Details Acute care certification required for NPs ICU APP experience required Active Florida License or ability to obtain PRN only, available 4-6 shifts per month 12 hour shifts, mix of days and nights APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation Ability to support and cross credential at multiple HCA Hospital Locations within the Tampa Market Incentive / Benefits Package Competitive hourly compensation Expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections Appropriate staffing models and flexible scheduling 100% covered Occurrence based malpractice Insurance W2 Employed position About ICC Healthcare ICC Healthcare employees over 675 providers in 60 programs with 6-8 new programs opening each year.
