Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Position Overview The FP&A Manager will serve as a strategic leader, responsible for overseeing the organization's financial planning and analysis functions. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial performance, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting strategic decision‑making through comprehensive analysis and forecasting. Reporting to the VP of Finance & Accounting, the manager will collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of annual budgets, long‑term financial plans, and rolling forecasts. Provide in‑depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial and operational performance. Prepare and present detailed financial reports and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders. Strategic Financial Leadership Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the organization's financial strategy. Provide insights and guidance on investment decisions, cost management, and resource allocation. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls. Lead initiatives to enhance financial governance and reporting accuracy. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and audits in compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A functions. Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, financial modeling software). Preferred Skills Experience in a global or multi‑entity organization. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Travel & Work Hours This role may require occasional travel and extended hours during critical periods such as audits or budget planning.
