We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations in Avon, Ohio. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for visitors while keeping administrative tasks organized and on schedule. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, confidence with standard office technology, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, employees, and guests while maintaining a welcoming and service-focused front desk presence.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, direct incoming calls appropriately, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries to support smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Provide administrative support such as document scanning, file organization, and preparation of routine correspondence.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, placing orders as needed to keep the workplace fully stocked.
• Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and other office logistics for internal teams.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to complete daily administrative tasks.
• Handle inquiries with professionalism, resolve routine issues efficiently, and escalate matters when appropriate.• At least 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume inbound calls using a multi-line phone or switchboard system.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively throughout the workday.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Comfort using common office equipment, including scanners, phones, and other administrative tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to solve routine problems independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
