Clinical Data Coordinator

To support a growing operations and quality assurance team, the full-time Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs while working remotely from RI, MA, NH, or NY. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring full resolution and maintaining proper user control Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support, training, and administration preferred Experience in supporting behavioral health programming Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
