The supervisor will create and maintain a positive and inclusive environment for students. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for handling any issues that may arise. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing supplies and equipment. A passion for supporting and engaging with youth is essential.
