Job Description Experiencewithindividual,corporate,partnership,andfiduciarytaxclients,includingreviewingandsigningoftaxreturns.Providingclientswithtax-relatedprojectionsandconsultingasneeded,alongwithgeneraltaxplanning.Workingasapartofateamtosolveproblems,doresearch,andcompleteprojectstimely. Responsibilities ReviewU.S.andmulti-stateincometaxreturnsforbusinessentities,includingC‑corporations,S‑Corporations,partnerships,andfiduciaryreturns. ReviewU.S.andstateindividualincomeandgifttaxreturns. Preparetaxprojectionsforindividualandbusinessclients. Conducttaxresearchasneeded. Communicatewithexistingclientsandcolleaguesregardingvarioustaxmatters. Engageinconsultingandspecialprojectsasrequestedbyclients. Qualifications 5+yearsofrelevanttaxexperience. CPALicensepreferred,butEAwouldbeconsidered. Experience with Ultra Tax Virtual Office required. ExperiencewithNHtaxlawpreferable. Abilitytoworkwellindependentlyandwithateam. ProficientwithQuickBooksandtrialbalancesoftware. Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills. Strongattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills. Abilitytomeetdeadlineswhilehandlingmultipleclientprojectsinafast-pacedenvironment.
