Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations, ensuring an individualized approach to each client. \n
- Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, targeting a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. \n
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, establishing specific, measurable objectives and therapeutic interventions aligned with clients' unique needs. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and support, equipping clients with the tools they need to manage acute mental health challenges effectively. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families, enhancing understanding of mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Uphold ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing therapy practices, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all times. \n
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence when engaging with clients from varied backgrounds, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment. \n
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care for clients. \n

Qualifications\n- \n

- Experience working within a community health framework or with diverse populations. \n
