If you love working with children, tweens, teens, and parents and want to help families navigate ADHD, autism, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and complex evaluations, we’d really like to meet you. We’re looking for someone who wants to do that work in a supportive, specialized group practice in Denver. Who You Are A licensed psychologist who brings both clinical sharpness and genuine warmth Relational and empathetic: you can sit in the mess with a client or parent and provide guidance without judgment Clear and professional in your communication, with timely documentation Committed to evidence-based modalities and eager to stay at the forefront of pediatric mental health Comfortable with complex evaluations and working with neurodiverse populations Collaborative: eager to engage in weekly clinical consultation, share resources, and stay reflective about your clinical work A professional self-starter who can manage your own caseload, scheduling, and documentation without needing to be micro-managed Training & Education PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited institution Key Skills Modality Expertise (Training Required): Proven training and/or certification in at least two of the following evidence-based modalities: Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) / Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Emotionally Focused Family/Couples Therapy (EFFT/EFCT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Assessment Proficiency: Demonstrated advanced proficiency in administering, interpreting, and writing comprehensive reports for complex child and adult evaluations (WPPSI, WISC, ADOS-2, Vineland, BRIEF, etc.) Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a commitment to clinical collaboration within a team environment. Experience & Job Requirements Active licensure in the state of Colorado in good standing Experience with outpatient therapy and comprehensive evaluations Populations You'll Be Working With Children, tweens, teens, and parents Location & Schedule Primary Location: 1120 Delaware St., Suite 110, Denver, CO 80204 We’re also open to clinicians interested in our Greenwood Village location or expanding to new areas (Lafayette, Longmont, etc.) Schedule: After-school hours, 2 to 7pm Monday through Friday, with flexibility depending on caseload. Fridays can always be a shorter day. Hybrid: Mostly in-person to accommodate both in-person and telehealth visits. Report writing and administrative tasks can be done remotely.
