Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence among the team. Implement quality enhancements using the latest techniques available. Ensure ethical AI usage by developing governance frameworks and monitoring model performance, while addressing biases and risks. Work closely with the AI product team to further the vision of the AI Platform and Indeed’s advanced AI solutions. Advance the evolution of Indeed's machine learning systems, encompassing our shared fact/feature store, ML operations, and model management platform. Requirements At least 10 years of substantial experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, with a proven track record of achieving measurable results with production applications. A graduate degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience. In‑depth knowledge of AI platforms, infrastructure, and production ML systems. Demonstrated success in providing technical leadership within high‑performance, fast‑paced technology organizations. Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with executives, team members, and partners, translating complex AI/ML concepts into actionable insights for varied audiences. Continually update your knowledge of trends in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning across academic, industry, and open‑source landscapes, and apply relevant insights to enhance products and platforms. A commitment to Responsible AI and a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance issues in AI. Salary Range The salary range for this role is as follows: Tier 1 - $230,000 – $346,000, Tier 2 - $255,000 – $383,000, Tier 3 - $282,000 – $424,000, and Tier 5 - $321,000 – $481,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications, evaluated during the interview process.
