How You'll Make An Impact Establish and own efficient and robust processes supporting the onboarding of MBM’s Global Benefits Management and Global Retirement Oversight clients as well as key or enterprise GRS clients. Leverage technology and internal resources to ensure the onboarding process is thoroughly project‑managed and to provide clients with robust guidance on progress, deliverables, and commitments. Collaborate with and engage US/UK MBM sales team members and subject‑matter experts to manage the transition from sales to ongoing delivery efficiently and client‑friendly. Ensure the client’s best interests stay central to the process. Contribute to marketing collateral used in sales, demonstrating deliverables, KPIs, and ROI achieved through implementation support. Keep up to date with trends and best practices within multinational benefits to maintain knowledge for clients during the transition. Support the sales process with contributions to RFPs and client pitches specific to implementation (when appropriate). Track and report to the Business Unit Leader on the status of implementations, articulating capacity, challenges, improvement areas, and successes. Contribute to identifying intellectual property gaps and trends from the implementation process for both sales and delivery teams. Participate in regular team meetings—both sales and service—to maintain connectivity on upcoming projects. Support ad hoc needs during low‑volume periods. Support MBM sales expansion through domestic teams by leveraging monthly practice area meetings, newsletters, internal roundtables, and sales meetings. Enhance relationships with domestic benefits, financial, talent, and GGB colleagues and promote recent wins. Coordinate events for training, networking, and cross‑sell opportunities. Support fulfillment of the established CIF process for EB alliances. Support fulfillment of the MI dashboard. About You Excellent written and oral communication skills. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including previous experience, education, pay market/geography, scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
