At Physical Therapy Today in San Angelo, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population while delivering personalized, evidence-based care designed around each patient's goals. Clinicians treat a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical needs, sports-related injuries, concussion-related conditions, vestibular disorders, balance impairments, chronic pain, arthritis, and work-related injuries. Through hands-on treatment, targeted strengthening programs, and individualized rehabilitation plans, you'll help patients move better, feel stronger, and achieve meaningful outcomes. Your Role: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, concussion, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal conditions. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
