Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown Travel assignment in Weirton, WV. This role requires a nurse adept in an acute care setting, with expertise in cardiac monitoring and administration of cardiac drips. You will be working in a unit with 30 beds, ensuring a 1:4-6 nurse-to-patient ratio depending on patient acuity.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Provide care for post-cath lab patients, those with seizural activity, and under CIWA protocols
• Conduct cardiac monitoring and administer cardiac drips such as cardizem, amio, and nitro
• Collaborate with RT to troubleshoot respiratory equipment
• Interpret tele data, measure, and identify rhythms

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of Stepdown/PCU experience
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Expertise in cardiac monitoring and comfort with titrating drips
