We are presently looking for a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude who enjoys interacting with people. This position includes clerical duties and client services (receptionist) coverage.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Maintains global firm-wide contact information
• Pick up office mail at the Post Office, sort and distribute
• Post and send outgoing mail
• Copy, sort, and binding documents
• File and retrieve closed files
• Driving errand requests
• Daily courthouse errands
• Meets and greets clients, visitors, staff and attorneys
• Directs telephone calls to appropriate attorneys and staff
• Monitors and permits gate entrance into parking lot
