Recovery-Focused Peer Support Specialist

Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center seeks a Peer Support Specialist to help clients using their lived experience. You will engage individuals, support goals of independence, self-advocacy, and recovery, and co-lead group activities. You will assist with Drop-In Center activities, lead recovery groups, arrange transportation, and connect families with services. A high school diploma is required; CRSS preferred; valid driver's license may be needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
