Job Description
Title: RN Clinical Nurse - Nursing

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- Active RN license in accordance with state regulations
- Knowledge of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
- Familiarity with the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in a clinical environment.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring safety and service excellence.
- Uphold the voice of the patient and adhere to system policies and procedures.
- Use evidence-based practice and research to guide nursing care.
- Participate in Wellstar Shared Governance Model activities and uphold professional values.
