JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing team members, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and achieving financial and performance goals.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and creating a positive dining experience for every guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement.

• Drive sales growth while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

• Manage employee scheduling, labor costs, and overall staffing needs.

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs to meet financial objectives.

• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and product ordering.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an outstanding dining experience.

• Identify, develop, and mentor future restaurant leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience.

• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant environment.

• Proven leadership and team development skills.

• Experience managing labor, food costs, and overall restaurant profitability.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
