ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGEON - ASSOCIATE LEADING TO PARTNERSHIP

Practice Location: Palm Springs, CA

Are you an accomplished oral surgeon looking for clinical autonomy and the chance to lead and expand a committed practice with the full support of a seasoned team? Our organization is in search of a driven, board-certified or board-eligible oral and maxillofacial surgeon to take charge of our Palm Springs facility, with the support of two nearby partner practices and experienced surgeons available for collaboration and coverage.

• $500k Base Salary Guarantee plus substantial collections-based earnings.

• Level 1 Trauma Center Call Contract with full-scope oral surgery, offering a competitive daily stipend and collections-based compensation; call schedule is approximately one week on and four weeks off.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.

• Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.

• Board-certified or board-eligible.

• Valid dental license in California (or in the process of obtaining one).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on patient care.
