Logistics Coordinator Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $ 25.00 / annually
• First Shift

• Coordinate inbound shipments from origin to destination
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to schedule deliveries and resolve issues
• Negotiate freight rates and use load boards to support cost-effective transportation solutions
• Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and TMS data entry
• Provide real-time shipment updates and customer service to key stakeholders

Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of logistics or trucking industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with systems such as McLeod, TMW Suites, PCS, PC Miler, or Rand McNally preferred
• Experience using load boards and negotiating freight rates
• Strong typing, computer literacy, and data entry skills
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
