Industrial Maintenance Technician (2nd shift)

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe’re a fast-paced countertop fabrication facility looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment running safely and efficiently. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and keeping production on track in a 24/5 operation. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who can diagnose issues quickly and fix them the right way—not just the fast way—you’ll do well here.Schedule2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PMOvertime may be required based on production needsWhat You’ll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain fabrication equipment including saws, CNC machines, polishers, routers, compressors, and dust collection systemsPerform preventative maintenance to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtimeDiagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesRespond quickly to breakdowns and implement root-cause fixes—not temporary patchesFollow and enforce safe work practices, including lockout/tagout proceduresTrack maintenance activity, parts usage, and equipment historyPartner with production to prioritize repairs and improve equipment performanceWhat We’re Looking ForRequired:2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or fabrication preferred)Strong mechanical troubleshooting skillsWorking knowledge of electrical systems (motors, sensors, relays, basic VFDs, wiring)Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipmentReliable attendance and strong commitment to safetyPreferred:Experience with CNC equipment or stone/countertop fabricationWelding and basic fabrication skills (MIG/TIG)PLC troubleshooting experienceFamiliarity with dust collection systems and compressed air systemsForklift or lift certificationPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working around moving equipment, noise, and dust-controlled environmentsAbility to safely perform work in an industrial settingWhy Join UsStable, full-time position in a growing operationClean, organized shop with a strong safety cultureCompetitive pay based on experience ($24-$27 hours based on experience)Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shift rolesBenefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.)Opportunity to grow into lead or reliability-focused rolesIf you take pride in keeping equipment running and solving problems the right way, we want to hear from you.
