About This Role As an Occupational Health RN at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital, you will provide essential services to employees, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting employee wellness. Highlights Location: Weston, FL Facility: Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Provide services to the organization's employees in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Follow practices to ensure employee compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, BWC, and other regulatory agencies. Coordinate and provide direct clinical care to employees with knowledge of multiple disease processes. Work closely with providers regarding return to work and workers’ compensation. Focus on cost-effective ways to maximize wellness, prevent illness, disease, and disability. Perform clinical activities such as vision screens, venipuncture, TB testing, vaccinations, and health assessments. Coordinate and track compliance programs to meet regulatory standards for employee health and safety. Support clinical manager in oversight of clinical operations, scheduling, staffing, and delegation of duties. Maintain appropriate training. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team and attend relevant hospital committee meetings. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience Preferred: 2 years of employee health experience with training in COC urine specimen collection, breath alcohol testing, audiology, spirometry, and venipuncture skills Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
