About the Role The Revit Drafter will be responsible for producing accurate architectural drawings and 3D models in Revit for a variety of luxury residential, commercial, and community projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing plans, sections, and elevations; updating and maintaining drawing sets; coordinating details with the design team; and incorporating design changes as projects evolve. The role also involves preparing documentation for permits and construction, organizing drawing standards, and collaborating with project managers and designers to ensure alignment with design intent and technical requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY, working closely with the studio’s team throughout all phases of design and construction coordination. Responsibilities Producing accurate architectural drawings and 3D models in Revit for a variety of luxury residential, commercial, and community projects. Developing plans, sections, and elevations. Updating and maintaining drawing sets. Coordinating details with the design team. Incorporating design changes as projects evolve. Preparing documentation for permits and construction. Collaborating with project managers and designers to ensure alignment with design intent and technical requirements. Working closely with the studio’s team throughout all phases of design and construction coordination. Required Skills Must Have: Enjoys and is passionate about design work Loves technical drafting and modeling; will spend ~90% of time on it Detail-oriented and reliable communicator Professional, high-quality portfolio submitted with resume Desired Skills Strong proficiency in Revit for architectural drafting and 3D modelling, including experience setting up and maintaining drawing sets. Ability to read, interpret, and create architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details with a high level of accuracy. Understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods, preferably in high-end residential or commercial interiors. Attention to detail in documentation, including organizing project files, following office standards, and preparing permit and construction drawings. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with designers, project managers, and external partners. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. Interest in luxury design, a strong visual sense, and willingness to learn and grow within a creative, detail-oriented team.
