Digital Marketing Specialist

On-site Full-Time Requisition #: DIGIT004441 Description The Digital Marketing Specialist position reports to the Director of Marketing and plays a vital role in shaping how our brand connects with customers across digital channels. This position is responsible for coordinating and publishing content across web, email, and paid media, bringing campaigns, product launches, and promotions to life. The ideal candidate balances creativity with organization—combining a keen eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across all lines of business, the Grand America Hotels & Resorts Shared Services teams, and external partners. Duties & Responsibilities: Content Management Manage content acrossSnowbasin.com, updating imagery and information to ensure accuracy and relevance. Lead content updates for all campaigns, product launches and larger website optimizations. Plan all email content using the Email Calendar in Asana. Build and test all email campaigns, using segmentation to deliver targeted and personalized content. Manage content development with Snowbasin and Shared Services creative teams for email, website and paid media that ensures consistent design and messaging across channels. Support the Director of Marketing in developing digital strategies that drive revenue and engagement, showcase resort offerings, and communicate key messages for all resort departments. Collaborate with the Shared Services Marketing Technology and Performance Marketing teams to apply insights from email, website, and paid media performance to refine strategy. Work with stakeholders of all internal lines of business to support their business goals through all digital channels. Work closely with the Snowbasin content team to address gaps in our photo/video library, keep all channels updated with current imagery, and work on creative to keep all assets fresh and engaging. Partner with the Shared Services Marketing Technology team to identify opportunities to better engage Sun Valley guests at various touchpoints, providing relevant information and driving conversion. Qualifications: Required 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field Demonstrated proficiency with marketing databases and campaign management tools (Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, website content management systems) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Asana Flexibility to work weekends and holidays for events or key resort dates Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Preferred: Experience with Braze or similar email marketing platforms Background in ski resort marketing or experience in hospitality, tourism, or outdoor industry Familiarity with paid media campaign management and optimization Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Snowbasin-Resort-1
