Escrow Assistant / Processor

We're looking for an Escrow Assistant / Processor who thrives on organization, communication, and being the person everyone can count on. If you love staying one step ahead, solving problems before they become issues, and being part of a team that genuinely supports each other this is your role.

What You'll Do:

Schedule closings and coordinate logistics for in-office and remote transactions.
Prepare and assist with files leading up to closing.
Balance and help fund escrow files accurately.
Receive and process earnest money deposits.
Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to keep everyone informed.
Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep deals moving forward.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of customer service experience (title, mortgage, or real estate preferred)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable multitasking and managing shifting priorities.
Strong communicator who builds rapport easily.
Positive, team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed.
Notary commission preferred (or willingness to obtain)
SoftPro experience is a plus.
