Job Description

As the Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will own the day-to-day accounting function, partnering closely with company leadership to keep financial operations running smoothly and accurately. Pay Rate: $70,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts receivable
- Enter weekly payments
- Prepare quarterly and year-end financial statements
- Collaborate with external auditors
- Ensure smooth payroll processing with ADP
- Manage bill payments
- Process invoices
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Word and Excel
