As a multimedia designer, you’ll create engaging digital media products that support mission-focused training and communication requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia developers, active-duty military subject matter experts, and government clients to produce high-quality video, animation, and interactive training content. Your responsibilities will cover the entire production lifecycle, including concept development, storyboarding, video capture, audio recording, editing, motion graphics, animation, and final delivery. You will leverage your creative and technical expertise to translate complex procedures, technical information, and instructional content into compelling visual experiences. Additionally, you will have opportunities to support eLearning and interactive content development using tools such as H5P. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
