SAP FI/SD Consultant (e-Invoicing)

We're looking for an SAP FI/SD Consultant (e-Invoicing) to join our team in Spain in a remote working mode. In this role, you will act as the primary functional expert responsible for aligning SAP FI/SD configuration with global and country-specific e-Invoicing requirements, ensuring compliance across multi-country rollouts.The position involves analyzing and validating finance and order-to-cash processes, managing invoice data flows from sales order creation to financial postings and integrations with external government or third-party platforms through SAP DRC or similar compliance solutions.ResponsibilitiesGather and validate requirements for e-Invoicing-related processes across FI and SD domainsAnalyze invoice data flow from SD billing to FI postings and statutory reportingSupport implementation and rollout activities for multiple country-specific e-Invoicing projectsCollaborate with compliance experts, technical integration teams and external authoritiesEnsure compliance with local tax and electronic reporting regulationsProvide FI-side configuration support, including AR and tax processesSupport SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) solution integration and mappingParticipate in testing, defect resolution and go-live readiness activitiesPrepare functional documentation including mapping specifications and validationsContribute to knowledge transfer and user guidance for implemented solutionsRequirements6–8 years of experience with SAP FI and SD modules, ideally in global template rolloutsStrong knowledge of Order-to-Cash cycle, including:Sales Order ProcessingBilling and InvoicingAccounts Receivable (AR)Tax determination and financial postingsHands-on experience with e-Invoicing solutions, electronic compliance or statutory reportingUnderstanding of end-to-end lifecycle from SD billing to FI accountingFamiliarity with API-based integrations and data mapping to external systemsExposure to SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) or similar compliance tools is highly desirableStrong problem-solving and communication skills, able to work in multi-country, multi-vendor environmentsNice to haveExperience with Document and Reporting Compliance frameworks for e-InvoicingKnowledge of regional tax compliance requirements in Middle East or APAC jurisdictionsBackground in SAP rollouts in regulated industries with complex tax landscapesWe offerPrivate health insuranceEPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan100% paid sick leaveReferral ProgramProfessional certificationLanguage coursesEPAM is a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company with 61,700+ EPAMers in 55+ countries and regions.
